All Jewels are shipped out from our Malaysian warehouse.

Our delivery charges are used to cover the processing, handling and packing of your order. You can check your delivery charges at the shopping cart before checking out .

Shipping anywhere in Malaysia is RM8, FREE delivery when you spend above RM70

Orders will be processed within 48 hours (of a business day) and shipped the next business day to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a speedy delivery.

Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. We do our best to process your order on time, unless under rare circumstances there is a delay in your order. If this does occur, a customer service representative will send you a notification email to update you on your order status.

Delivery Time
Shipping may be extended due to many factors beyond our, and logistic partner's control, such as – customs, processing requirements, weekends and public holidays, and delivery to outside metro areas.

Estimated delivery for orders within Malaysia : 4-7 business days.
Estimated delivery for orders everywhere else : 7 - 10 business days.

Kindly email us as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary changes. However, we would not be able to make the changes once the order has been shipped so please make sure that your shipping address is accurate.

You may be charged customs duties and taxes by your local customs office when your parcel is delivered to your country. Duties and taxes rates may vary depending on the value of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that if you decide to not pay customs duties or taxes and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order. We provide tracking information for you to track your order. You will receive a tracking number and are provided our courier partner's link.

You are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!

Istana Jewel does not accept liability for lost orders. We only post orders to given addresses.
Note: If Authority to "Leave/Safe Drop" has been left in note, Istana Jewel and the courier company are both waived of any liability if the parcel is lost or stolen.
